TimeOut for Women's goals are reflected in the group's mission statement: "To encourage, inspire and disciple women from all denominations in their spiritual journey and bring nonbelievers to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ!"

From the very first conference in 1996, TimeOut for Women! has been committed to the ministry format that allows for Christians to be encouraged and inspired and non-Christians to have an opportunity to get to know Christ through Bible teachers and Christian recording artists.
